One of the most iconic voices of the wrestling industry Jim Ross has threw his name in the hat to become the new voice of Robot Wars… well, sort of.
Robot Wars first aired a decade ago and via the BBC website it was announced that the show would be making its illustrious return.
So far BBC has only given us the basic information, details of where the new series will be filmed – Glasgow – thoughts of BBC executives etc.
Now, fans have been left wondering just how the series is going to go about its revival. Would they have the same presenter this time around? Would they have the same commentators? So we thought, albeit a long shot, that we'd ask Jim Ross if he would like to commentate on robot wrestling… here's his response:
