"Can you say the words 'small part'?" Sure Jimmy, we can say that. The media sure seems to give zero craps about NDA agreements, especially these days. Rogue One will apparently have no shortage of cameos (please don't let that be a sign of a lackluster movie), as Jimmy Smits reluctantly confirmed on CBS' The Talk, that he will be briefly reprising his role as Princess Leia's adoptive father, Bail Organa.
In a celebration reel for Rogue One that showcased some behind-the-scenes footage, a group of fans caught a glimpse of what they thought was Smits and began to make noise about it on the internet. That noise seemed to reach the ears of the folks on The Talk, and they asked Smits about it as directly as you can possibly get. After trying to dance around it and getting nowhere, Smits conceded "Can you say the word 'cameo'?".
Rogue One has all of Lucasfilm's focus right now, as it preps for its release on December 16, 2016. An all-new starfighter, the U-Wing was recently revealed to be making an appearance in the film and Star Wars: Battlefront's final expansion will feature content from the film as well.
