Judas Priest headlines new artists on Guitar Hero Live

Activision has announced six new songs that are available now on Guitar Hero TV in Guitar Hero Live featuring a number artists from metal and punk rock genres.

Headlined by Judas Priest and System of a Down, new tracks are available now via two new shows in the Guitar Hero TV channel.

Lords of Metal

  • System of a Down – Toxicity
  • Judas Priest – Painkiller
  • Bullet For My Valentine – Tears Don’t Fall

Pop Punk Perfection

  • Sum 41 – Fatlip
  • Four Year Strong – Just Drive
  • Tonight Alive – Lonely Girl

Also new to the game is a series of up and coming bands that will be infused into the game. A band Rival Sons, which will be opening for Black Sabbath on their 2016 tour, has three of their tracks added into Guitar Hero Live as well. It's a new program that Activision is using in order to promote new talent in order to keep thier music library fresh and evolving for Guitar Hero Live. The three songs that they will be included are

  • Keep On Swinging (Live)
  • Pressure and Time (Live)
  • Electric Man (Live)

All of the songs are available now with more content to be continually added throughout the year and beyond. Guitar Hero Live is available now on both Xbox, PlayStation and Nintendo platforms.
