It looks a rumor has surfaced on which games will be a part of July's Games with Gold program and one of those rumored games is The Banner Saga 2. Stoic Studio's Banner Saga 2 has been met with critical acclaim since its release in April earlier this year.
According to NeoGaf member, Ekim, there are three games being rumored to be a part of July's Games with Gold program.

Microsoft has not confirmed the Games With Gold, but Ekim is known for reporting on Microsoft's movements before they make official announcements. The same user is also one of the sources of yesterday's rumor on Fallout: New Vegas becoming backward compatible for the Xbox One, which turned out to be true.
