The expansion pass for Just Cause 3 was announced last year as the Air, Land and Sea DLC pack, with each pack focusing on a specific area of missions. The air pack, Sky Fortress, is coming "very soon," according to the development team and should be in our hands shortly.
In a post on the Steam community page, the team stated that
The first pack – ‘Sky Fortress’ which is the “Air” pack, is nearing completion, and will bring new missions, features and other exciting surprises to the skies of Medici. We’re play testing this content right now so watch this space for more news on this very soon.
The pre-order items, which were exclusive to this point, have all been released as well on all platforms. Bug fixes and other minor tweeks are coming later this month in a new patch, but majority of the launch issues have been squashed with the last update. There were some lag and frame rate issues initially, but nothing too major and in my time playing since the update I haven't had any issues at all to be honest.
Just Cause 3 is available now for PS4, Xbox One and PC.
