Just Cause 3 Wingsuit VR game available now

Avalanche Studios and Square Enix have announced a brand new Just Cause 3 VR game that is available now on both Android and Ios which lets you feel just as if you are flying through the air in a squirrel suit like Rico.

Using your phone as well as VR goggles if you wish, you can fly through the in game world of Just Cause 3 and experience the rush of the squirrel suit just as Rico Rodriguez does. A full 360 degree view of the world is presented as over 10TB of date was used in order to bring you the game. Ron Bakker, the founder of the app company Mindlight, stated that

In order to show the world of Just Cause 3 in 360-degrees, in-game, we’ve captured over 10 TB of high resolution data to bring you this experience. This will allow you to immerse yourself in the most explosive sandbox ever made, ahead of the game’s release this December.”

Best of all, the app is available completely free on both mobile platforms in advance of Just Cause 3's release December 1st on Xbox One, PS4 and PC. I personally just tested this prior to writing and I have to admit, it is extremely realistic. The 360 degree view is amazing and I have to make one suggestion: Use a fan. Yes, a normal portable fan. I'm all for immersiveness so I used a wall fan and had it blow on me while using the VR goggles and it totally adds another level to the game's realism.
