Yesterday's DC special, 'Dawn of the Justice League', rewarded us with plenty of juicy details and information regarding DC Films' slate of upcoming Justice League universe films. We got a 2nd trailer for the upcoming anti-hero movie Suicide Squad, never before seen footage of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, and our first look into the Wonder Woman film.
Similar to Wonder Woman, each of the members of the Justice League — Cyborg, Aquaman, Flash, and possibly Green Lantern (who was confirmed to be included in the Justice League universe yesterday) — will each be getting their own standalone films. While we got a look at Wonder Woman's individual logo prior to last night's special, Warner Bros. waited a bit to reveal the new logos for the other prominent heroes in the Justice League.
The logos are in line with Wonder Woman's, matching the new mature tone of DC's upcoming slate of films. Although these standalone films are still a while away, we will get little cameos from each of the characters in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.
The Flash is scheduled to hit theaters on March 23, 2018; Aquaman on July 27, 2018; and Cyborg on April 3, 2020. Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is scheduled to release later this year on March 25th, followed by Suicide Squad on August 5.
