Karateka comes to PlayStation Network

The modern remake of Karateka is now available on Sony's download service.

Prince of Persia creator Jordan Mechner's newly remodeled sidescrolling beat-em-up, based on the original from 1984, costs $9.99 on the PlayStation Network. You can also purchase it on Steam for PC and Xbox Live Arcade.

Mechner also recently released an e-book about the game's development. Karateka is due for iOS sometime soon.
