After a very public and honestly, outright shocking departure from Capcom in October, former Capcom R&D boss and the father of Mega Man has reportedly been distributing business cards for a company called “Comcept”.
It will be interesting to see what comes of Inafune-san’s indie endeavor, as he had some very choice words for the “salarymen” and overall business practices of Japanese firms upon his departure. It’s time to put his money where his mouth is, and that’s exactly what the man seems to be doing. So far so good.
