Kickstarter GameTron 1000 will randomly generate games for your enjoyment

I freaking love Kickstarter. It's like a looking glass into the future. It let's me see up-and-coming projects from innovative developers, that dare to try something new, in exchange for a few bucks.

I'm even more captivated by GameTron 1000, which will supposedly generate bite-sized games based on certain criteria. What kind of sorcery is this?!

Here is a description from the Kickstarter:

The team here at Mojo Bones will create a standalone game for iOS, Android and PC that provides a randomly generated experience at the push of a button. Yup, that's right… platformers, scrolling-runners, balancing games, arena battles, collect-'em-ups, slash-'em-ups, boss fights, time trials: the list goes on!

Each bite-sized game will be generated using a simple reel system and will randomly select everything from characters, enemies and bosses to genres, objectives, collectibles and environments.

Sounds pretty ambitious right? Basically the reel system is a slot machine of sorts that will pick and choose certain gameplay elements and construct a game out of them. Sounds pretty awesome!

You can head on over to the Kickstarter page to get the full details and back this ambitious project!
