Kill deados as cowboy Jeff Bridges and Ryan Reynolds Ryan Reynolds in R.I.P.D.: The Game

If you're excited about R.I.P.D. — starring Jeff Bridges and Ryan Reynolds as dead police officers who protect the living from evil undead — then you'll be glad to know that R.I.P.D.: The Game is now available on Steam, Xbox LIVE Arcade and PlayStation Network.

R.I.P.D., which is short for the Rest in Peace Department, is a downloadable co-op third-person shooter where players play as either Ryan Reynolds portraying himself, or Jeff Bridges' character from True Grit. Seriously, since Bridge's character ***SPOILER ALERT*** died at the end of True Grit, R.I.P.D. could be a spiritual successor… get it? Spiritual?

As Roy Pulsipher and Nick Walker, you'll kill (can you kill what's already dead?) tons of deados with an array of firearms and supernatural powers.

Atlus released a launch trailer, which you can see below. The film opens in theaters this Friday.
