Kim Kardashian could make $85 million this year from branded mobile game Kim Kardashian: Hollywood

Kim Kardashian West, a "celebrity" famous for being rich and making a sex tape, is on pace to make $85 million this year from a Glu Mobile game rebranded with her name.

As reported by Forbes, Kim Kardashian: Hollywood, a rebrand of Glu Mobile's previous Stardom Hollywood, is set to make $200 million in revenue by the end of this year. According to TMZ, Kardashian's cut is 45 percent of net profits which means she stands to make more from just having her name on the game than all of her business ventures last year combined ($28 million). To be fair, Kim also supposedly worked with the developers as a mentor, providing a significant amount of creative feedback and hand-selecting the majority of outfits, accessories, hairstyles, and other aesthetic items available in the game.

I'm speechless. I've never played Kim Kardashian: Hollywood. I'll probably never play Kim Kardashan: Hollywood. And I think I'm okay with that. Of course, as a poor video games writer, I'm also extremely jealous. For some reason, I don't think me starring in a sex tape would amount to equal fame or success.
