Developer A Sharp has lowered the cost of its premium app King of Dragon Pass in honor of it achieving 30,000 downloads on the App Store.
The interactive storytelling title combines the style of the Civilization strategy games with Choose Your Own Adventure books. It incorporates resource management and autosaving for quick sessions and currently costs $6.99 for iPhone and iPad, down from its normal $9.99. It will remain on sale for three days at a 30 percent savings.
King of Dragon Pass is set in Glorantha, the mythic world of the HeroQuest and RuneQuest games. It's also available for PC and Mac from A Sharp but costs a little more since the game CD is no longer in print. The Windows version is cheaper at $5.99 on GOG.com.
