King’s Quest Chapter 2: Rubble Without a Cause release date announced

If you were wondering when the second chapter of the new King's Quest was going to launch, wonder no longer. Sierra announced today that King's Quest: Rubble Without a Cause will launch worldwide on December 16, and will be available on the PS4, PS3, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC via Steam. That said, for North America, the PS4 and PS3 versions will be available late afternoon on December 15.

That's not all, though. King's Quest: A Knight to Remember (the first chapter) is a free download from the PlayStation Store on the PS4 throughout December for PlayStation Plus members.

The second chapter has King Graham taking players back to his first test as the ruler of Daventry. A band of goblins holds the kingdom hostage, and the newly crowned and ill-equipped Graham must lead a daring rescue to free his people and prove himself the leader they deserve.
