Kingdom Come: Deliverance beta hopeful for Q1 2016

Warhorse Studios' medieval RPG Kingdom Come: Deliverance may be available to us sooner than we think according to their latest update video posted today.

CEO Dan Vavra announced in the video that they are aiming to have the PC beta released in Q1 2016 with no announcements for consoles yet. According to Mr. Vavra, the studio wrote a screen play of 2,500 pages with over 300,000 words of spoken dialogue. The hiring of voice actors is in the final stages and they plan to start adding the rest of the content such as cinematic cut scenes and character interaction for the beta to release as planned.

Over 70 quests will be playable in the full game with the beta to comprise about the first several missions alone. Of course, the map will be smaller in the beta than the full version amounting to approximately one quarter of the finished product. Kingdom Come: Deliverance has been an intriguing concept since its announcement as a a medieval RPG featuring a "real world" interaction and NPC's that react the way their real world counterparts would.

We'll keep you updated as we hear more along with any news for the PS4 or Xbox One versions.
