Let's call it like it is. Kingdom Hearts III isn't coming out anytime soon; that's fine. But that doesn't mean series fans aren't clamoring for something (anything really). This is where Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue comes in.
The game features HD remastered versions of the 3DS game, Dream Drop Distance, and the PSP game, Birth By Sleep (which includes a new playable episode, 0.2 Birth By Sleep) as well as Kingdom Hearts χ Back Cover, an hour long HD cinematic about the mysterious foretellers.
It may not be Kingdom Hearts III, but at this point, at least it's something.
