Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning studio owner hints at sequel

World Series Champion and owner of 38 Studios, Curt Schilling, is already hinting at a sequel to the studios' most recent game, Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning.

Schilling teased the possibility of a sequel during a recent interview with Jimmy Fallon on Late Show with Jimmy Fallon last night. Fallon, who is surprisingly a hardcore gamer, asked the owner if there was a possibility of a sequel, in which Schilling responded saying, "Oh yeah" "[38 Studios] was built to be something that stays around and becomes huge."

In addition, the studio head revealed some impressive, eye-popping statistics with Reckoning: It took a total of five years and "a lot" of money to develop the game.

The Skyrim, World of Warcraft cross has received critical praise since its launch. Several publications have called its fighting mechanics the best in recent years in terms of RPG. Would you be interested in a Kingdoms of Amalur sequel? Let us know by commenting below.
