Koch Media Announces Co-Publishing Agreement

October 28, 2005 — KOCH Media GmbH hereby
announces that a further co-publishing deal has been signed with JoWooD
Productions Software AG for the multi-platform title "Panzer Elite Action", in
addition to the contracts already signed for the games "Gothic 3", "SpellForce
2" and "The Guild 2". As before, KOCH Media has been acknowledged the exclusive
licensing and distribution rights for Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the UK and
Italy. All titles will therefore be published under both the Deep Silver and the
JoWooD label.

successful co-publishing work with JoWooD. With its impressive graphics and the
gripping gameplay, Panzer Elite Action will complement the already powerful
line-up of Deep Silver titles," says Dr. Klemens Kundratitz, CEO of KOCH Media.

the highly successful Panzer Elite brand with this exciting action spin-off in
cooperation with KOCH Media. This deal will enable JoWooD to ideally market the
multi-platform title in important European markets as well as strengthening the

"Panzer Elite Action" is being developed for the
platforms PC and Xbox by the Slovenian company ZootFly; the PlayStation 2
version is being adapted by the French company Wizarbox. "Panzer Elite Action"
