Kojima unveils the name of his logo while acknowledging 5-month mark free of Konami

Hideo Kojima has been pretty quiet since he left Konami five months ago, it may be part due his new development team — Kojima Productions, and his partnership with Sony making Kojima pretty much super busy and super quiet on his upcoming title.

That is until he revealed that his new logo has a secret in it; I mean of course it does, its Kojima for crying out loud. However, earlier today, Kojima finally unveiled the name of his new logo; it is called Ludence.

In addition to the official naming of the logo icon, Kojima went on to run a poll to see what people think Ludence is wearing. The options vary from armored suit, powered suit, battle suit, to others. To me, it looks like an armored suit due to the pointed nose, but it could be any of the others as well.

In related Kojima news, we recently learned that Kojima's next game will be pretty action oriented as the man himself stated that anyone who enjoys playing games like Uncharted or The Division will have a good time playing his new game.

“I won’t say that it’s an open-world title, but those that enjoy playing today’s AAA titles such as The Division and Uncharted will be able to play it smoothly. When it gets announced some may thing that it’s not as way-out as they had expected, but I’m sure they’ll understand once they play it. The genre is action.”
