It's only a day before E3, and the day of the Press Conferences, and Konami still managed to screw up their big trailer for Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain. Earlier today, a NeoGAF user, Flying Monkey, spotted a Japanese trailer for Phantom Pain on Konami's official YouTube. Konami quickly realized their mistake and have since then taken the video down.
Except, this is the internet people, once it's up, you have a fat chance of making it look like it never happened. Many have downloaded the video and uploaded it to various sites, such as this one below.
Of course, you can look forward to the trailer later today when its unveiled during one of the press conferences. Last year Microsoft had the big unveiling for MGS5, so I wouldn't be surprised if that trend continues.
Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain is scheduled to release sometime in 2015, and will be available on last-gen consoles, as well as current-gen ones.
