Konami apologizes for MGO server issues, offers free stuff to their players

If you have been playing Metal Gear Online since its launch on Oct 6th,  you might have noticed some issues that hindered your gameplay experience. Konami wants to make it up to you so they are offering some in-game freebies to their players.

Everyone will be given 3,000 GP, this is the in-game currency for Metal Gear that allows you to buy weapons, armor, etc. In addition to that, Konami is also extending the double XP duration from two weeks to three.

The double XP boost will only register once you activate your code. No worries, if you just started playing MGO you will also get the free gifts Konami is offering. While this is a nice gesture by Konami, hopefully they can get everything right going forward.
