KOTOR 2 gets huge PC update, releases on Steam OS and Mac

Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic 2: The Sith Lords has been out for 10 years, but the game is still receiving support via a new and massive PC update that coincides with the game’s release for Steam OS and Mac.  Here’s what you can expect from the update:

  • Support for up to 5K resolution
  • Full Controller Support
  • Steam Achievements
  • Native Widescreen Resolution Support
  • Steam Workshop Support
  • Steam Cloud

The Sith Lords initially released on Steam in an incomplete state, but Valve has announced that they will be bringing The Sith Lords Restored Content Mod to the new update on Day 1.  The game is currently on sale for $7.49, 25% lower than its standard retail price of $10.  The sale runs through July 28, so there is still time to grab the discounted price if you don’t already own the game.
