Empire is at it again. Building hype towards the magazine's October issue, hitting shelves this week, Empire released today an exclusive new photo for Star Wars: The Force Awakens.
Today's photo, taken directly from the issue, features the mysterious yet intriguing villain Kylo Ren in an intimidating pose with his unique broadsaber.

It's just a photo today, but Empire promises more Force Awakens coverage and "some plot revelations" from director JJ Abrams tomorrow. The actual October issue, which will go on sale August 27th, will likely include a more in-depth, behind-the-scenes feature for the highly anticipated film.
