Lawbreakers gets a new map and mode

The game keeps getting better, all at no extra cost

Earlier this month we reported that Lawbreakers, the new team-based arena shooter by Cliff Bleszinski, was going to receive a boatload of free, new content in the form of maps, modes, and even a new hero class before the end of 2017.

Today, some of the new content has arrived. The new patch adds the map titled Namsan, the first map in the game that doesn't take place in the post-shattered United States, as well as the new time-based team deathmatch skirmish mode.

Hopefully, these new updates, as well as the forthcoming hero class, can help bolster some support for Lawbreakers. Despite being well received by critics and fans, the game has struggled to find an audience, even with its starting price of just $29.99 and free content updates. It's been reported that post-launch (i.e. after the beta) that the Steam player count has dipped below 400.
