LEGO City: Undercover gets a Wii U gameplay trailer

Nintendo has released a new trailer for its upcoming family friendly sandbox game, LEGO City: Undercover. It isn't the flashiest of trailers, but it serves its purpose well — which is to show off its fun-looking gameplay on the Wii U.

The trailer features legendary detective Chase McCain on a mission to rid the LEGO city of crime, particularly that being caused by recently escaped inmate Rex Fury. The gameplay trailer flashes pieces of the LEGO series' signature humor and semi-recent addition of character voices. Additionally, it shows off many aspects of LEGO City: Undercover's sandbox gameplay and its Wii U features.

Check out the trailer and let us know your thoughts in the comments below.
