LEGO Dimensions might just be one of the more ambitious toys-to-life games currently out there, as it combines wildly different properties into one big adventure.
Today marks the release of new packs that will add more charaters, but more importantly, a new level as well as a completely new world to explore with the Doctor Who level pack. This pack comes with the Doctor himself, the Tardis, and K-9.
The other packs include Unikitty from The Lego Movie, Krusty and Bart from Simpsons, Laval from Chima and the Kay and Cole in a double pack from Ninjago.
A new feature introduced with an update to the game is the new Hire-a-Hero feature, which allows players to sample characters from Wave 1 by spending Studs. This is a cool way to try out a character before you commit to buying them.
