LEGO Worlds is currently only available on PC early access and is scheduled to go live in February. Well, today console players will be happy as LEGO announced the game will also be releasing on PS4 and Xbox One.
If you're unfamiliar with LEGO Worlds, it's not your typical LEGO game. It plays more like Minecraft, where you dictate what is built, where it's put and so forth. Also like Minecraft, there are custom LEGO sets that are routinely added in along with the ability to create you own mixture of LEGO fun. All off the features in the current early access version will be included in the full game on console, along with most likely some features added later.
It will be the second LEGO game to be announced for 2017, with LEGO City Undercover announced for Xbox One, PS4 and Nintendo Switch as well. It will continue the current trend of two LEGO games per year, and hopefully we'll get a TMNT LEGO game soon. Check out some of the announced features below, and you can try it now on Steam early access here.
