Lemmings Touch gets in line for PlayStation Vita

A new version of the classic puzzle-platformer Lemmings is coming to the PlayStation Vita, developer d3t Ltd. announced today on the PlayStation Blog.

Two-year-old team D3t brought Lemmings to PlayStation Mobile last year, and it's now working on a Vita version with prior feedback in mind.

Lemmings Touch features touch and swipe controls for its 100 levels. Players assign the Lemmings roles just like in past versions, but D3t has added new interactive objects like cannons and trampolines and a pop-up radial menu for commands.

D3t has also created environments that work specially with the touch interface, like a Candy Land and outer space levels.

The developer has yet to announce a release date or price.
