LG releases new Call of Duty Black Ops 2 focused on 3D gameplay

LG Electronics has released a new Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 trailer meant to promote the company's new line Cinema 3D TVs. The trailer shows a good deal of single-player campaign footage, while focusing on a few particular lines that could have a double meaning.

"What do you see?"

"Everything."

Of course, he's talking about the game, but for the purpose of the promotion, LG is insinuating that to get the most of the Black Ops 2 experience, you'll need one of their televisions to truly immerse yourself in the 3D gaming experience.

“LG is excited to be a part of this historic launch of Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 to bring 3D gaming to life,” said James Fishler, senior vice president, marketing and go-to-market operations, LG Electronics USA, Inc. “From the intensity and cinematic visuals, to the attention to detail and heart-pounding gameplay, Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 in 3D further legitimizes the 3D gaming movement, and we’re proud to help the amazing fanbase of the Call of Duty community enjoy it on LG CINEMA 3D TVs.”

LG CINEMA 3D utilizes polarized technology, with lightweight, inexpensive and shutter-free glasses similar to what consumers experience in the theater. LG also offers a solution for those who enjoy split-screen gameplay with a feature called "Dual Play". This allows you to see two completely different full-screen images on the same screen, at the same time.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 is set to release on November 13, 2013. If you are in search of a television, this might be the one to go for.
