Life is Strange: Episode 3 ‘Chaos Theory’ release date announced

Fans eager to return to Arcadia Bay will be able to do so next week, as DONTNOD and Square Enix announced the next chapter in their episodic adventure Life is Strange will be available next week.

Episode 3: Chaos Theory will be released on May 19th.

"In the next installment of Life is Strange, Max & Chloe ramp up their investigation to find out what exactly is going on at Blackwell Academy and the whereabouts of Rachel Amber," DONTNOD teased. "Secrets will be uncovered and Max will find another use for her power!"

The developer released a new screenshot from the episode, showing Max and Chloe attempting to break into the office of Principal Wells.

Chaos Theory is the third of five planned episodes for Life is Strange. Episodes are not available individually, which makes sense considering you'd be completely lost. Instead, you'll have to pay $20 for the entire season which, if you haven't already read our reviews, is totally worth it — if you enjoy adventure games in the same vein of Telltale's The Walking Dead.
