Life is Strange sold over 1 million copies

Earlier today we got a release date for the latest episode of Life is Strange Episode 4: Dark Room. We also heard the good news regarding that developer Dontnod, has just sold over 1 million copies of Life is Strange.

Publisher Square Enix said it was “incredibly proud” and hailed the number as “a huge achievement for the small team working on the game”. Dontnod really showed off some great storytelling abilities and character development in Life is Strange.

For those who don't know about Life is Strange, it is an episodic story adventure that has you play as Max Claufield, a highschool student who has just received a rewinding power ability. The game really takes you on an adventure by mixing emotions, mysterty, and clever use of your powers and tells a very immersing story. If you're behind on the game, you can check out episode 1, 2, and 3 reviews right here, before the launch of Episode 4: Dark Room.

Life is Strange Episode 4 is set to release next week on July 28th for PS4, PS3, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC.
