Lightning comes to Final Fantasy 14’s Eorzea on November 14th

A while ago, Square announced that it will be hosting a cross promotion for Final Fantasy 14 and Lightning Returns by hosting a questline, complete with a cameo by Lightning herself.

The questline will start on November 14th and continue on through the week, hosting a new quest every two days. This is a limited time event, meaning that after a certain time, these quests will no longer be playable.

The schedule is as follows:

  • Chapter 1: From Thursday, November 14, 2013 at 8:00 (GMT)
  • Chapter 2: From Saturday, November 16, 2013 at 8:00 (GMT)
  • Chapter 3: From Monday, November 18, 2013 at 8:00 (GMT)
  • Chapter 4: From Wednesday, November 20, 2013 at 8:00 (GMT)

For those that like a more visual representation of the schedule can use this picture:

And of course, these quests come complete with Lightning themed gear which you can see right here:

The questline will continue to run until December 9th, at which point the quests won't be available anymore. However, in February 2014, the quests will make a return to celebrate the launch of Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII.
