Lindsay Lohan files lawsuit against GTA 5 maker Rockstar Games

Rampant partier Lindsay Lohan — formerly famous for her roles in Mean Girls and Freaky Friday — has officially filed a lawsuit against Rockstar Games over the alleged use of her likeness in their blockbuster game Grand Theft Auto 5.

Lohan was reportedly considering a lawsuit as far back as December 2013, but just today filed it in a Manhattan court. It claims that Lohan's image, voice and styles from her clothing line are depicted in the game, along with West Hollywood's Chateau Marmont hotel where the former actress once resided.

The character in which the use of Lohan's likeness comes in question is Lacey Jonas (pictured above). You may recall a task in which you had to escort the starlet to her home in Vinewood HIlls, while protecting her from the flood of paparazzi. It's worth pointing out that you never actually pick Lacy up or drop her off at the Chateau Marmont hotel.

For further reference, I've included a video of the side mission below. What do you think — did Rockstar use Lohan's likeness for Jonas?
