Lindsay Lohan sues Rockstar Games over GTA 5

Mean Girls and The Parent Trap actress Lindsay Lohan must be craving some attention. According to TMZ sources, the former actress, now frequent rehab visitor is planning to sue developer Rockstar Games for using her image in Grand Theft Auto 5 without her permission.

No official lawsuit has been filed yet, so it's unclear as to what exactly she is claiming is her likeness, but as TMZ points out, there are quite a few possibilities. As the site notes, the box art of GTA 5 features a woman holding a cellphone who somewhat resembles Lohan. Of course, the blonde on the game cover has also been linked to Kate Upton and Shelby Welinder. In my opinion, the character isn't nearly coked out enough to be Lohan. Has Ms. Lohan seen herself lately?

GTA 5 also features a mission at a hotel resembling Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood — a place where Lohan often visits and even lived for a period of time. In the mission, you're goal is to photograph the star having sex on camera. Perhaps that's what all the fuss is about.
