Link is the street view icon on Google maps today

Link is the featured guest on Google Maps today as the classic hero takes over the role of the street view icon.

In celebration of the Twilight Princess HD release on Wii U today, Google Maps has replaced the standard street view icon for Link. If you sign onto the page, you will notice that Link is in the bottom corner holding his Master Sword and Shield of Hyrule. You can drag Link to any spot on the map in order to see the street view of the location. He will then show up in the bottom, left corner of the map as an interactive icon, allowing you to click anywhere else on the map. Link will then walk to that location while moving his sword and shield in the process.

It's nifty little, unannounced feature and will most likely be gone by the end of the day. Go check it out if you get the chance.
