Live-Action Fullmetal Alchemist movie gets release date and a look at Alphonse

Early last year we heard that Fullmetal Alchemist was getting a live-action adaptation, a couple of months later we got our first teaser for the film. Today, we got a release date and a photo of Alphonse Elric in full CG! According to reveal, the film will be hitting theaters on December 1st, 2017.

Below, you can check out Alphonse in all his CG glory. This is a more detailed look at Alphonse than we received in the teaser back in November, but Alphonse definitely looks better than Edward… He kind of looks like an in-depth cosplay.

The live-action Fullmetal Alchemist film is joining Attack on Titan, Ghost in the Shell and Death Note in the anime turned real department.
