Location-based mobile game Life Is Magic travels around the world

Life Is Magic is a very cool location-based game that transforms your neighborhood into a fantasy setting. The Arby's down the street, for example, might look like an old tavern with a serving wench who's not quite human. Paved streets and city sprawls become dirt paths and dense forests.

Developer Red Robot Labs has now expanded the Android version so that people across the world can play it — in the U.K., Canada, Italy, Germany, Spain, and other countries.

Players level up by delving deeper into dungeons, where they engage in turn-based battles and collect loot. It's a risk-verus-reward setup as the farther you go, the harder the enemies get, and the bigger your chance is of dying and losing all that you've gained.

You can also team up with other adventurers and strengthen your party.

Best of all, it's available for free on Android as well as iOS.
