Logan Director Wants a X-Men Spinoff For X-23

X-Men's Wolverine stand-alone film Logan is coming soon. We've seen plenty of trailers for the film, including during the Super Bowl where we got a good look at Logan's protege, Laura Kinney, AKA X-23. Director James  Mangold reveals that he would be interested in an X-23 spinoff movie.

In an interview with We Got This Covered, Mangold had nothing but good things to say about Dafne Keen, the young actor playing X-23.  "I think Dafne is incredible in the film," he said. "I would love to see another film about that character and that’s certainly something I’d be involved in.

"For me that was one of the big additions I brought to the table, this decision to try to make the film about family and to try to insert Laura and the pressures that would put and the idea about Charles [Xavier] ailing."

The movie releases March 3, the same day as the Nintendo Switch, which we've seen some leaked footage of its OS. To see more of X-23, check out this teaser about how she gets her claws.
