With the PlayStation 4 getting a price cut in both Japan and North America, it's only a matter of time before Sony's European arm joins in. Apparently, an announcement regarding an official price drop for the PS4 in Europe could come as early as this week, according to a retail brochure spotted by AllGamesBeta.
As seen on the ad, the price of the Plyastation 4 will drop to a more wallet-friendlier price of €349 starting October 21, with an official announcement expected to be made at Parris Games Week later this month, or possibly even sooner.

Again, this shouldn't come as too much of a surprise given the price drop in other regions, but it's still welcomed. The PlayStation 4 saw a price drop last month in the UK with the launch of the Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection PlayStation 4 bundle, but Sony confirmed this was just temporary. It looks like the soon-to-be-announced price drop will be permanent as we head into the competitive holiday season.
