Mad Max: Fury Road gets its official final trailer

The final trailer for Mad Max: Fury Road is upon us. Don't let the first part of the trailer fool you, this trailer has just as many explosions as the others!

The new trailer highlights Tom Hardy, Charlize Theron and the warmongering, crazy-looking desert gangs that chase them. It should be noted that if this movie does well, we will be seeing it turn into a trilogy. Hardy himself admitted that he had signed up for three Mad Max films.

If the trailers haven't been doing the story any justice and you've been wondering what the plot of the film is, this should answer your questions:

Haunted by his turbulent past, Mad Max believes the best way to survive is to wander alone. Nevertheless, he becomes swept up with a group fleeing across the Wasteland in a War Rig driven by an elite Imperator, Furiosa. They are escaping a Citadel tyrannized by the Immortan Joe, from whom something irreplaceable has been taken. Enraged, the Warlord marshals all his gangs and pursues the rebels ruthlessly in the high-octane Road War that follows.
