Three of EA's biggest blockbusters of the year — Battlefield 4, Madden NFL 25, and FIFA 14 — are due out well before the launch of next-gen consoles. In Madden's case, it's already out. FIFA 14 and Battlefield 4 will release for current gen consoles on September 24 and October 29, respectively; however, for those of you waiting for the next-gen versions, here's when you can expect them on PS4 and Xbox One.
All three games will be available for PS4 on November 12th in North America and November 29th in Europe. The actual PlayStation 4, however, won't release until November 15th in the U.S. and November 29th in Europe.
As for the games' Xbox One release, you can expect all three on November 19th in North America and November 21st in Europe. This is also a few days before the actual console releases on November 22nd in both markets.
Of course, for anyone wanting to get their hands on any of these games early on current-gen consoles, EA is offering a tempting trade-in program that will allow you to upgrade the current-gen version of these games towards the next-gen version (PS3 to PS4 and Xbox 360 to Xbox One) for as little as $10. Each retailer handles the games differently so check out the specific offers for Battlefield 4, FIFA 14 and Madden NFL 25.
