EA has released the "official" Madden NFL 25 launch trailer. This year's installment is a celebration of the franchise's 25th anniversary — hence, the title number — and with that, the trailer offers a brief look at the past and how far the series has come since.
Madden NFL 25 takes some bold leaps this year as we transition to next-gen consoles. The version releasing tomorrow is for current-gen consoles and makes use of a revamped Infinity Engine 2 for polished physics and an all-new force impact system. Also debuting this year is Free Run, a new system that adds a precision modifier that allows you to unleash 30 new moves that harnesses the power, precision, and creativity of ball carriers in the NFL.
Although Madden NFL 25 on consoles certainly looks solid (our review will be coming tomorrow), I'm sure many of us are awaiting the next-gen version on Xbox One and PS4, which will fully embrace the Ignite Engine.
