Madoka Magica and Snow Miku double team the Sapporo Festival

Let’s take the 66th Sapporo Snow Festival, add Madoka Magica characters, add Hatsune Miku characters, and you got yourself one hell of a party. Seen in the main image, we have Snow Miku’s 2015 garb and Homura Akemi in a snow-bound outfit. There will be goodies from Shaft’s character designer Junichiro Taniguchi for your purchasing delights. Oh, there will also be an ice sculpture of Kyebey in celebration of Puella Magi Madoka Magica: Rebellion. As a Shaft fan boy, all of this speaks volumes to me.    

The Sapporo Snow Festival will be going on from February 5th to the 11th 2015. On the 10th and 11th, the Madoka Magica Movie Ochestra concert series will be present to soothe your precious ear-balls. Meanwhile the events will be moderated by none other than voice actresses Ai Nonaka (Kyoko) and Kaori Mizushashi (Mami).

So yea, a powerful Madoka presence. I’m jealous of attendees.
