Man crashes car into head office for Nexon after blaming them for his gaming addiction

Someone has issues...

In Korea, a man crashed his car into the head office of popular free-to-play gaming company Nexon after claiming the company "ruined his life". Nexon has made several popular free-to-play PC games such as Maplestory, Combat Arms, and Warface. It's unclear why the man says the company ruined his life but it could've been the addicting nature of the games or he invested so much money into the game that it caused financial issues for him.

This isn't the first instance of someone getting so addicted to a video game that it takes over their life. At the end of 2015, a man lost his job and wife after getting addicted to Fallout 4. The man later sued Bethesda but more than likely lost. Video game addiction is as serious as any other addiction issue, but sometimes it is a tad funny to see people overreact by crashing their car into the head office of a massive corporation.

Thankfully, no one was injured and no real damage was done to the offices. The man admitted he did a bad thing and that he had been drinking prior to the freakout. Authorities later determined his blood alcohol level was indeed over the legal limit. It's unclear what consequences the man will face at this time, but one can only assume that he will be serving some severe jail time.
