About a month ago, a Reddit post reported on two dates for the Autumn and Winter Steam Sale, as they were revealed on a steamworks developer group. Turns out, the first date was accurate, which only means the second date had to be accurate too, right? Looks like PayPal now confirmed the sale.
A promotional image from PayPal, discovered by Shack News, confirms the Winter Steam Sale date as December 22nd, which means, we're only five days away.
Steam Sales are now slightly different than they used to be. Flash Sales, Daily Deals and Community Choice games have been removed in favor of a flat sale. That means the discount you see is the full discount throughout the remainder of the sale. That also means my handy-dandy guide to Steam Sales is now, unfortunately, useless.
