In about 48 hours, Marshawn Lynch and Rob Gronkowski will meet on the gridiron. But before the Seattle Seahawks and New England Patriots square off in Super Bowl XLIX, Conan O'Brien — perhaps better known in the gaming community as the "Clueless Gamer" — brought the two superstars out to a local Courtyard Marriott to first duke it out in Mortal Kombat X, the next installment in NetherRealm Studios' iconic fighting series.
Mortal Kombat X isn't released yet, but the trio got a sneak peek at the game. Watching them play and hearing their reactions to the characters and the animations is absolutely hilarious — especially the vagina shot and gruesome Finishers. In between fights they talk about a series of other topics including their favorite game, how to celebrate a touchdown, how to grab your nuts, and Lipitor (the boner medication?)
This was hands down my favorite Clueless Gamer segment yet. I've known for a while Gronk is a crazy dude, but I honestly feel that Marshawn Lynch stole the bit here. He's absolutely hilarious, and it's great to see his personality really come out — since he refuses to talk to the press during the NFL's media week.
And for those of you who don't follow football, well, seeing some of Mortal Kombat X's brutal gameplay should be entertaining enough.
