Marvel Pinball has been out for awhile now. Although it’s definitely a fun and interesting version of pinball, gamers have yet to see anything new for the game since its launch. All of that is about to change because Marvel and developer Zen Studios have announced the first expansion for the downloadable pinball title. The Fantastic Four will celebrate their 50th anniversary in the latest table in Marvel Pinball.
In the new chapter of Marvel Pinball, you must help Mr. Fantastic, the Invisible Woman, the Thing, and the Human Torch battle evil once more. You’ll encounter classic enemies such as Dr. Doom, Galactus, and Super Skrull. This premise will definitely appeal to fans of the series and comic book fans in general. Anyone who owns a copy of Marvel Pinball and wants to get more game time out of it is sure to keep watch for this download.
The Fantastic Four expansion will come to both Xbox Live Arcade and PlayStation Network. If you’re an Xbox 360 owner, you’ll be able to download the expansion to Pinball FX 2. Meanwhile, PlayStation 3 owners will download the new content to Marvel Pinball. Simple, right?
What better way to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Fantastic Four than to have them star in an all-new expansion for arguably the most enjoyable round of pinball to come along in years.
