Mass Effect: Andromeda release window revealed for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC

The latest installment in the Mass Effect franchise has an official release date. The announcement came during Electronic Arts' E3 2015 press conference, as the opening game for EA's conference.

Up until today, details on Mass Effect 4 have been few and far between, but we finally have more information! The little we heard about the game, prior to its reveal, was that the world would be balanced in respects to map size and the time it takes to traverse the world and that it was a marvel to look at.

There will be a trailer released soon enough to confirm at least one of the two.

Early leaks of the game suggested that the game took place in the Helius Cluster, far away from the exploits of Commander Shepard.

Our next journey through space will take place in 2016 on the Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.
