We already know a new Mass Effect game is in development, presumably for Xbox One and PS4. But what about bringing the old trilogy to next-gen consoles? Apparently that's a discussion BioWare has already had internally.
When asked about the possibility of releasing remastered versions of Mass Effect 1, 2, and 3 for PS4 and Xbox One, general manager Aaryn Flynn offered the following response:
@shinobi602 @YanickRRoy We have discussed that internally. If we can put solid plans together we'll share. Great to hear you're keen

BioWare has already admitted to working on a new Mass Effect game, but has refused to specify if it'll be a sequel or a prequel. They have said that they are "exploring new directions" with the game and that Commander Shepard will definitely not be in it.
Would you like to see the original Mass Effect trilogy on Xbox One and PS4?
