Medal of Honor: Warfighter ‘Zero Dark Thirty’ map pack gets a trailer

Over the weekend, EA and Danger Close released a trailer for the Medal of Honor: Warfighter map pack, Zero Dark Thirty. Although we've known about the map pack — which is inspired by the decade-long manhunt of Osama Bin Laden — for a while now, this is the first time we've seen gameplay footage on the new maps: Darra Gun Market and Chitral Compound.

The DLC will take you into some of the most dangerous places. For starters, the Darra Gun Market is "located in a tribal land where the rules are defined by only two principles – hospitality and revenge."

Darra is home to "dozens of back-alley shops and self-taught machinists making guns by hand."

The second map, Chitral is "highly inaccessible and thought to be one of Bin Laden's hideouts — only those with the capabilities of total surprise will successfully penetrate the compound.

The Zero Dark Thirty pack was created in partnership with Sony Pictures Entertainment for the upcoming Osama Bin Laden film, Zero Dark Thirty. The multiplayer map pack will be released during the week of December 17, in conjunction with the film's release. A portion of the map pack sales will go to army charities. as part of EA's commitment to give back at least $1 million through its Project HONOR campaign. For each Medal of Honor Warfighter Zero Dark Thirty Map Pack sold, EA will donate $1, with donations split among participating nonprofits.

By simply pre-ordering Medal of Honor: Warfighter you will get this extra content, which is $9.99 otherwise, for free. However, given that the game releases tomorrow, there isn't much more time to take advantage of the deal.
